2. Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.12 of 2026 under Section 80 of BNS, registered at P.S. Lalkuan, District Nainital.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of two days in lodging the FIR; applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. He submits that sister-in-law (Nanad) has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2026 thus on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be released on bail.
5. Learned State Counsel has strongly opposed the bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Vimla Vishwas be released on bail on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
