The only circumstance which has purportedly led the petitioner as an undertrial to come up with present transfer petition is that despite an application dated 27.02.2026 being made for issuance of certified copies of interim orders as mentioned in said application, the learned Presiding Officer of the Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Srinagar has not come to direct issuance of certified copies. 2. On this count, the petitioner is going to the extent of seeking transfer of the case which otherwise is said to have ripened for final judgment. 3. This court is not inclined to grant indulgence in the matter. However, in the interest of justice considering the fact that as an accused, the petitioner is well within his right to ask for certified copies of the orders passed in a case, be it civil or criminal, concerning him, the court of learned Special Judge (Anti-Corruption) Srinagar, in case of application dated 27.02.2026 being made to said court, shall ensure that the requisite certified copies are issued to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, which is to be sent by Registrar Judicial, Srinagar by or before 09.03.2026. 4.
