The plaintiffs have applied for return of the original networth certificates of Mr.Pramod Naik, husband of the first respondent and Mr.Suryakant Dhondu Walavalkar, the second respondent/second defendant. These documents were filed in original along with the plaint by the plaintiffs. 2. The first and second defendants were set ex parte in the suit. Learned counsel for the third defendant submits that she has no objection to these documents being returned to the plaintiffs. 3.
Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that these documents are required in relation to the initiation of execution proceedings. 4. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed as prayed for.
