Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant gratuity, leave encashment, insurance claim, GPF to the petitioner and remaining 10% pension along with arrears and interest. 10.2 Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any other order or orders, writ or writs, direction or directions as this Hon’ble Court PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation before Respondent No. 1 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and direction be issued to the concerned authorities to take decision on representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State does not oppose limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before Respondent No. 1 raising his grievance and in the event petitioner submits such a representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
