Ramasamy aged about 33 years, bearing PID No.31205 confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore considering that the Convict Prisoner has only his aged mother and aged father as his close surviving family members, and by permitting him to produce two sureties before the Superintendent of Central Prison, Coimbatore and to release him on ordinary leave upon acceptance of the surety bonds. Admittedly, the convict prisoner was granted leave of 28 days by the prison authorities and vide order dated 04.08.2026, the petitioner and the convict prisoner were directed to execute a bond with two sureties to the satisfaction of the Tahsildar. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the convict prisoner may be permitted to execute a bond and also furnish sureties to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Central Prison, Coimbatore/second respondent instead of the Tahsildar. 4. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side), has no objection for such a request. 5.
