Heard Sri.Anil R, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.Venu Gopal M.S., learned counsel appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-wife submits that for the last six years, not a rupee of maintenance is paid by the husband. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that an application is filed seeking recall of the order granting maintenance.
