This appeal is directed against the order dated 07.01.2026 passed in ABP No. 569 of 2025, arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 74/2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj whereby and whereunder the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellants has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that two unknown miscreants had come to the shop of the son of the informant and sprayed him with bullets which resulted in his death. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the appellants that the limited role played by the appellants is of introducing Pankaj Kumar Mandal to Shahabaj Alam. 5. It has further been submitted that the other incriminating circumstances against the appellant is the confessional statement of the co-accused. ( 2026:JHHC:10732-DB ) 6. Learned Counsel submits that several of the co-accused persons including Pankaj Kumar Mandal has been granted bail by this Court. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellants. 8. Regard being had to the fact that the other co-accused have been granted regular bail and so far as the present appellants are concerned, he has prayed for anticipatory bail and there is a circumstance indicating about the introduction of Shahabaj Alam with Pankaj Kumar Mandal by the appellants, we are not inclined to cause interference in the impugned order dated 07.01.2026 passed in ABP No. 569/2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj and consequently we dismiss this appeal.
