The dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 is a civil dispute. The same can be resolved by the jurisdictional civil Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to issue direction to the police to provide protection. This Writ Petition is dismissed,with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court .
