LISA GILL, CJ: This appeal has been filed by appellants, who, though not arrayed as parties to Writ Petition No.10909 of 2026, claim to be affected adversely by impugned order dated 04.05.2026 deciding the same. 2. It is submitted that pattas regarding land in Sy.No.367/A of Mandigiri Village, Adoni Mandal and Municipality had been issued to appellants. However, in garb of order dated 04.05.2026 in W.P.No.10909 of 2026, authorities seek to interfere in the possession of appellants. 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.A.No.728 of 2026 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1/writ petitioner states that W.P.No.10909 of 2026 is only concerned with land in Sy.No.378/B. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.4, in view of written instructions from Commissioner, Adoni Municipality, Adoni, submits that pattas relied upon by present appellants are fabricated and in any case, pertain to land in Mandigiri in Sy.No.367/A. 5. Having heard learned counsel for parties, it is apparent that impugned decision dated 04.05.2026 in W.P.No.10909 of 2026 pertains to land in Sy.No.378/B. In case of any grievance which appellants may have in respect to interference in their possession, they are at liberty to avail remedies available to them in accordance with law. No ground is made out for interference in impugned order at this instance. 6. Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty aforementioned. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
