The instant revision has been filed challenging the order of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Udham Singh Nagar dated 08.01.2026, whereby, the interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- p.m. has been granted to the respondent wife. 3. I have gone through with the order impugned and I do not find any illegality in the impugned order. Even otherwise, the amount of interim maintenance as granted by the Family Court is in very lower side, therefore, no interference is called for. 4. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
