Petitioner further seeks joint inspection by all concerned departments and submission of a report; protection of freshwater pond and prevent contamination or seepage. 2. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on last date of hearing i.e., 13.07.2026, had submitted that after receipt of representation submitted by petitioner in February, 2026, matter was considered; field inspection carried out by concerned Tahsildar and it came to light that survey 2 HCJ & CGR, J WP(PIL)_146_2026 numbers for proposed pond are in aqua zone; licences for new freshwater aquaculture farm under APSADA Rules, 2020 were issued on 02.04.2026 & 03.04.2026 by licensing authority; excavation of tanks had not yet been completed. It is further submitted that joint inspection was carried out by Tahsildar, Kalidindi, along with officials of Fisheries department and that in case any violation is found to be existing, proceedings shall be initiated for cancellation of licence. Copy of communication dated 07.05.2026 referred to by learned Government Pleader for Revenue was taken on record subject to just exceptions. 3. On said date, learned counsel for petitioner had sought a pass over to seek instructions but had failed to receive any, therefore, matter was adjourned for today. Today none appears on behalf of petitioner. 4. Keeping in view the facts as noted above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. In case any incorrect fact has been placed before us, petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application. No costs. Pending application(s) if any stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
