On query being posed to learned counsel for applicant that as to whether both the eye-witnesses have been examined or not, learned counsel for applicant submits that according to his instructions, only one eye-witness is examined till date. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application at this stage. He however, submits that as applicant is in jail since 12.12.2023, direction BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 be issued to concerned learned trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously within specified time frame. 3. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for applicant, this bail applicant is dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking note of the fact that applicant is languishing in jail since last more than two years, learned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial at the earliest.
