WMP No.33699 of 2026 in WP No.39127 of 2025 MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J. Petition is filed to permit petitioner to amend the prayer in the affidavit and in the writ petition as follows: WRIT OF DELCARATION, that the settlement deed dated 29.05.2024 executed by the petitioner’s sister V.T.Bhuvaneswari @ Bhuvana, the 3rd respondent in favour of her son S.Monesh the 4th respondent herein, which is registered as document No.8880/2024 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kundrathur, Chennai, the 2nd respondent herein, as the same has been brought about on the basis of fake legal heirship certificate issued vide Ref.No.TN-7202001241163 dated 04.02.2020 by the Tahsildhar, Kundrathur, to the 3rd respondent is not valid in the eye of law and will never bind the petitioner. Instead of Directing the Inspector General of Registration Tamil Nadu, to forthwith cancel the Settlement Deed dated 29.05.2024 registered as document No.8880/2024 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Kundrathur.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in affidavit and in writ petition.
