The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner’s application dated 05.06.2026, seeking grant of Certificate of Recognition for a period of 20 years for classes LKG to X in R.P.M. Vidyalaya Matriculation School, UDISE No.33120600117, Coimbatore District. 3. At the outset, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's application dated 05.06.2026 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, keeping in view the guidelines dated 20.04.2026 under the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 05.06.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 31610 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 law, keeping in view the guidelines dated 20.04.2026 under the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner and any other interested persons. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
