For Petitioner(s): Mr.T.Sai Krishnan For Respondent(s): Mr.R.Sreedhar Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) for R1 to R3 ORDER The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner’s representation dated 06.07.2026 with regard to the functioning of Hira Girls International school, at the petitioner’s premises without the requisite annual permission/sanction for the academic year 2026- 2027 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. At the outset, it was submitted by learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 that they would consider petitioner’s representation dated 06.07.2026, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 30968 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 to 4, to consider petitioner’s representation dated 06.07.2026, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to petitioner, fifth respondent and any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case. 4. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
