JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer. “Wherefore, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to: i. Certiorari to quash the impugned order rejecting recall application vide Annexure-A dated 06.01.2026 in O.A.No.1946/2023 before Hon’ble DRT Bangalore; ii. Direction to DRT to permit the petitioner to file the written statement; iii. And grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in such circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without giving an opportunity an order was passed by the DRT on 06.01.2026 by dismissing applications as there was no representation. Learned counsel appearing for respondent-Bank submits that Original Application was disposed of on 17.04.2026 itself and the order dated 06.01.2026 merged with the final order. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 4. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the material on record. Considering the fact that the Original Application itself is disposed of, the order impugned dated 06.01.2026 merged with the final order. The remedy available to the petitioner is to question the final order. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to question the order that is passed in Original Application. ii.
