Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- 10.1 This Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 This Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to mutate the name of 2 the Petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the land allotted to him; 10.3 This Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to Direct the Respondents to correct the revenue entries and khasra records so as to properly reflect the land allotted to the Petitioner; 10.4 This Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to Direct the Respondents to decide the representation dated 05.07.2024 within a stipulated time frame; 10.5 This Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to Direct the Respondents to complete the mutation proceedings within a period of 30 to 60 days; 10.6 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in lieu of land of Petitioner-Company, developed Plot Nos. A-17, A-18 and A-19 situated at Village Dumartarai, Tehsil and District Raipur was allotted to it (petitioner) and pursuant to the said allotment, a duly Registered “fu’p;kRed vuqqca/k foys[k” was executed in favour of the petitioner-Company by the respondent No. 4, thereafter “LkaifRr /kkj.k vf/kdkj” certificate was also issued in favour of the petitioner with regard to aforesaid plots, despite that said plots were not recorded in the name of the Petitioner – Company in the revenue records on account of said discrepancies and irregularities allegedly appeared in revenue records, therefore, the petitioner- Company filed representation dated 10.10.2025 (Annexure P-5) before respondent No. 4 for redressal of its grievance, despite that the same has not been decided yet. Hence, learned counsel submits that, at this stage, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to decide the representation (Annexure P-5) dated 10.10.2025 filed by the petitioner-Company within a specific time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 3 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner and contention putforth by learned counsel for the respondents, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to decide the representation (Annexure P-5) dated 10.10.2025 filed by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt / submission of copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation & direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. Pending interlocutory application (s), if any, also stand disposed of.
