Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that sessions case is pending against the petitioner. 3. When a live case is pending against the petitioner, this Court cannot give a direction to the respondent police to remove the petitioner’s name from the History Sheet.
