Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, pursuant to the impugned charge memo, the respondents have already passed the final order vide proceedings in F/vz;: 681?12770?o8?jmnghf(nryk;)?2025 dated 24.07.2026, imposing appropriate punishment on the petitioner. In view of the same, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear that, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 24.07.2026, he is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
