The present dispute lies within a narrow compass, namely that the defendant is the owner of a plot running from south to north, having a length of 55 feet. 2. It is not in dispute between the parties that the houses situated towards the south of the respondent, namely Shri Moolchand, exist on the site. The claim of the respondent is limited to the extent that no construction shall be raised on the respondent’s land extending north from the house of Shri Moolchand, up to a length of 55 feet. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, upon instructions, that no construction shall be raised within a length of 55 feet from the house of Shri Moolchand.
