No. 14287 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.1166 of 2024 __________ Page2 of 4 O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.22721 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1166 of 2024, dated 27.11.2025 that he shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 am., until the disposal of the appeal. 2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 27.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.22721 of 2025 with certain conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 27.11.2025 till date and sought relaxation of the said condition. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 27.11.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.22721 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1166 of 2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL M.P.
