Heard both sides. 3. The impugned order, which is challenged, is an order of interim attachment of the salary that was made by the Arbitral Tribunal on 27.11.2025. 4. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the Arbitral Tribunal, on 22.06.2026, had made an Award and has made the interim order of attachment absolute. 5. In such view of the matter, with liberty to the appellant to challenge the Award in the manner known to law, the appeal stands closed. No costs.
