For Petitioner(s): Mr. S.Mani For Respondent(s): M/s.Ilamvaluthi Special Government Pleader Order This writ petition is filed for the following relief: “To direct respondents to consider the notional promotion to the petitioner as Forest Guard on par with juniors by including his name in the panel drawn for the year 2003-2004 with effect from 31.05.2004 for purpose of getting enhanced pension (Petitioners service was regularized on par with junior’s only now) and in the light of order passed by this Court in W.P. No.22980 of 2026 dated 22.06.2026 by considering the representation 03.02.2026.” 2. This Court in a similar case in WP.No,22980 of 2026 dated 22.06.2026 had passed the following order: “7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioners' representations dated 05.11.2025 and 02.12.2025 seeking grant of notional promotion as Forest Guard for the purpose of getting revised pension on par with their juniors by including their names in the panel drawn for the year 2003- 2004 with effect from 31.05.2004. While considering the petitioners' representation, the respondents are directed to give due consideration to the orders dated passed by this Court in W.P. No. 15726 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016, W.P. No. 1229 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024 and W.P.No.47719 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025 and decide whether the same is applicable to the case of the petitioners or not. The respondents are directed to pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
