learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that due to miscommunication, the present writ petition has been filed. The same petitioner filed another petition vide W.P.No.20092 of 2026. In view of the same, learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
