(Oral) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner despite the pendency of earlier Writ Petition (M/S) No.1223 of 2026. In the present writ petition, petitioner has stated that the vehicle in-question was purchased by him through a loan extended by respondent no. 4-Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited. Due to certain defaults in payment of the loan installments, respondent no.4 proceeded against the petitioner in violation of law, as well as the judgments and orders passed by this Court and the Hon’ble Apex Court. 2. Without following due process of law, respondent no.4 has already taken possession of the petitioner’s vehicle and has put the same to auction, pursuant to which a sale letter has already been issued. 3. In the earlier pending writ petition, a supplementary affidavit has already been filed bringing all these relevant facts on record. Despite the same, the present writ petition has been filed. Such a writ petition is not maintainable in view of the pendency of the earlier writ petition. 2026:UHC:4186 2 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in- limine. 5.
