Mr. Shambhu Nath Ray Mr. Shah Jamal Hazra Mr. Kazi Asif Iqbal Ms. Afreen Parvej …for the petitioner This is a revisional application directed against the order dated 24th September, 2025 passed in Title Suit No. 127 of 2025 by the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite a procrastinated battle spanning more than 39 years, the petitioner has been unable to execute a decree for eviction. The proceedings have been pending at the stage of execution and the matter is being unnecessarily delayed. The prayer of the petitioner to rely on the xerox copies of papers and documents, judgment and decree, which are available is to be examined by the Trial Court. In view of the above, C.O. 121 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum to expeditiously dispose of the execution 2 proceeding in accordance with law and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
