The 3rd respondent filed counter-affidavit and stated that the respondents have no intention to unnecessarily delay the payment. Necessary administrative action has already commenced consequent upon the release of budget by the Government. The District Medical & Health Officer, Prakasam District, shall upload/reprocess the petitioner’s pending bills in CFMS immediately on receipt of the budget allocation, and thereafter payment shall be released subject to completion of the prescribed treasury and financial formalities. 3. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 furnished written instructions, wherein it indicates that the Finance Department has issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4,58,00,000/- towards clearing the Covid-19 bills related to Court cases vide G.O.Rt.No.2098, Finance (FMU.HM&FW) Department, dt.16.06.2026. Accordingly, the Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department has raised 4 the CFMS Bill No.2026-41053020 for gross amount of Rs.2,76,33,616/-. Out of which Gross amount of Rs.2,27,91,196/- pertains to the petitioner i.e., M/s. Sri Krishna Pharmaceutical. The said bill was not yet received by the Finance Department. Whenever the bill is received, the same will be cleared by the Finance Department. 4. Both respondent Nos.2 and 3 admitted in their counter-affidavit and instructions that the amount was due to the petitioner. 5. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to clear the due amount to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
