ORDER This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the Written Statement on behalf of the second defendant and the memo of adoption on behalf of defendants 1 & 3 to 6 in the above suit in C.S.No.58 of
2026.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has raised serious objection to the relief sought for in the application. However, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and being satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, in the interest of justice.
4. Accordingly, the delay of 89 days in filing the Written statement on behalf of the 2nd defendant and the Memo of Adoption on behalf of defendants 1 and 3 to 6 is condoned.
