By the instant petition, petitioner is praying for expediting the proceedings of Mutation Case No. 29 of 2024 – 25 (Shrikant Saini Vs. Umar Rahi), which is pending before Assistant Record Officer, Dehradun. 4. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. He submits that let the direction may be issued to expedite the proceedings. 5. Prayer as sought for appears to be innocuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Assistant Record Officer, Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of Mutation Case No. 29 of 2024 – 25 (Shrikant Saini Vs. Umar Rahi), as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from date of production of certified copy of this order.
