Ms. Maheshwari Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation has produced communication dated 23.03.2026 issued by the authorized signatory of the respondent-Corporation. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of the communication reveals that the petitioner has been paid an amount of Rs.32,927/-. In view of this, the execution petition is closed. However, in case directions contained in CWP No.4388 of 2024, titled, Chand Lal vs. HPTDC Limited, have not been fully complied with, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh execution petition.
