By the instant petition the petitioner is praying for the following relief: “To issue suitable directions to the court of Prescribed Authority (Civil Judge), Haldwani, District Nainital to decide the Rent Control Case No. 08 of 2022, expeditiously within the stipulated time period more particularly within a period of three months.” 3. The relief as sought appears to be innocuous. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the Prescribed Authority (Civil Judge), Haldwani, District Nainital to decide the Rent Control Case No. 08 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
