Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct for consideration of benefit of time bound pay scale as per recommendation in Annexure P/3 within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances fo the case, may also be granted in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners as of now have completed 10 years of service and have become entitled for grant of time bound pay scale. However, respondents have not extended the benefit time bound pay scale. The 3 petitioners have submitted representation vide Annexure P/5 which the respondents have received on 16.02.2026 before the respondent no. 2 which till date is pending consideration. Therefore directions be issued to the respondent no. 2 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner at the earliest. He also submits that the petitioners may also be permitted to file representation before respondent no. 2 and a direction be issued to the respondent no. 2 to take and consider their representation. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer he is not having any objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. On due consideration and considering the submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with other supporting documents before respondents and in the event if such representation is submitted, the same shall be consider and decided by the concerned respondent authorities in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
