The petitioner’s grievance is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 28.03.2026 will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court, provided that the pathway is vested with the Panchayat. 4.
