The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pipara P.S. Case No. 53 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 69, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are against Ashish Kumar, who happens to be the son of petitioner nos.1 and 4 that he has established relationship on the pretext of marriage. He further submits that so far petitioners are concerned, they are family members of Ashish Kumar and they have been falsely implicated in the case. He next submits that even the informant has resided for 42 days in the house of the petitioners. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of ousting the informant from the house. 5. In the FIR, the allegations are made against Ashish Kumar of establishing relationship on the pretext of marriage and the petitioners are said to be the family members of Ashish Kumar. In the attending facts and circumstances, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
