Singha, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/insurance company. [2] This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for a direction to the respondents/insurance company for depositing the entire awarded amount before the Registry of this court and release the same to the applicant. [3] Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/insurance company has submitted that though the insurance company has filed an interlocutory application, i.e. I.A. (Civil) No. 1098/2026, praying for stay of the execution of the impugned judgment and award, however, the insurance company is presently not pressing for the said stay Page No.# 3/3 application. [4] Under such circumstances, there is no bar for the claimant/applicant going for execution of the impugned judgment and award before the executing court and hence, this interlocutory application is not maintainable at this stage.
