JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice D.Ramesh)
The present appeal is filed aggrieved by the order passed by the learned III Additional District Judge (FTC), Ongole, in I.A.No.51 of 2026 in O.S.No.6 of 2026, filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 94 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
2. After filing the present appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and the lease has been extended. The said compromise has been recorded by the trial Court in I.A. No.697 of 2026. By virtue of the said compromise, the appellants have been permitted to proceed with the lease in terms of the compromise. In view of the subsequent developments, the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
3. Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal shall stand closed.
