Leela Devi Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. CMP No.8003 of 2026 in CWP No.1979 of 2026 22.04.2026 Present: Mr. Surinder Saklani, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, Additional Advocate General, for the non-applicants/ respondents. CMP No.8003 of 2026 By way of this application, a prayer for correction in the memo of parties has been made. Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that inadvertently, while preparing the petition, name of husband of the petitioner was reflected as Bhim Singh, whereas his name is Biri Singh. He submits that as it is a bonafide mistake which occurred when the petition was drafted, this application be allowed and the petitioner be allowed to place on record the correct memo of parties reflecting the name of her husband as late Shri Biri Singh. As the prayer made is innocuous and the petition stands otherwise disposed of, this application is allowed, as prayed for. Amended memo of parties is taken on record and name of late husband of the petitioner (Shri Biri Singh) is taken on record. The application stands disposed of.
