The petitioner herein, who claims to be in occupation of Nathan land in Survey No.572/5, Palavedu village, being aggrieved by the eviction notice under Form-III, is before this Court challenging the said notice on various grounds. 2. However, on perusal of the impugned notice, we find that no description of the building alleged to have been constructed is mentioned therein. On this sole ground, the impugned notice is liable to be quashed. 3. Hence, the impugned notice is quashed, with liberty to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law if there is any unauthorized construction, by issuing a fresh notice containing full details of the property. 4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed, with liberty to the respondents to take fresh action after taking due cognizance.
