Case No. 33 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 309(5), 61(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, while committing the loot, the petitioner has fired upon the deceased and killed him. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
