The present writ petition filed ostensibly in public interest raises concerns consequent to setting up of stone crushers in village Sirkot, Block Garud, District Bageshwar. 2. We are informed that the issue regarding setting up of stone crushers in alleged violation of environmental Laws is under consideration in WPPIL No. 174 of 2024. 3. Having regard to the said fact, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek intervention in the pending petition, if so advised. 1 2026:UHC:2527-DB 4.
