It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner in possession of the land measuring 1 Kanal falling under Khasra Nos. 2400/2344/165 situated at Umarabad B, Rawalpora, Tehsil Channapora, Srinagar, which was purchased by him in pursuance of two Sale Deeds duly registered by Sub-Registrar, Srinagar on 25.02.2020 and 19.02.2020 respectively. That respondents 5, 6 and 7, being the land brokers, are taking undue advantage of his absence and are hell-bent to grab his land illegally and without any authority. That he made a representation before the revenue authorities but no action was taken on the same. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner appears to have an efficacious alternate remedy of approaching the Civil/Revenue Courts but, instead, he has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Article 226 of the Constitution. 4. Instant petition is disposed of at this threshold stage with the direction to the respondent No. 3 to address the representation of the applicant/petitioner already made or to be made by him with further liberty to the applicant petitioner to approach the competent Civil/Revenue Courts for establishment and protection of his legal rights viz.a.viz the subject property. 5.
