02 /25.02.2026: Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. Admittedly the petitioner is a workman. The petitioner is claiming monetary benefits as per the schemes which the respondents have categorically denied by a reasoned order. The reason of denial has also been mentioned in the reasoned order.
3. Thus, the issues involved in this writ petition is bundles of disputed question of facts which cannot be resolved under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
4. Since the petitioner is a workman under the Industrial Dispute Act, he should approach the Forum under the Industrial

Dispute Act or the Labour Court for raising his grievance.
5. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition when alternative remedy is available to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
