Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel representing the respondent - State, that the Principal Secretary, Drinking Water & Sanitation Department, Government of Jharkhand, has instructed him that the entire admitted amount after making necessary statutory deductions, will be paid to the petitioner within four weeks from today. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the respondent - State, to strictly comply with the commitment which they have made to this Court through their Lawyer, and pay the amount within four weeks from today, failing which, it will be open to the petitioner to initiate a contempt proceeding against the respondents. 5.
