At the outset, learned Standing Counsel for respondents would submit that petitioner may have to take out an appropriate application. If any such application is made, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with Electricity Act, Rule and Code, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.
