THE PRINCIPAL GOVT JUNIOR COLLEGE, MURAMANDA, EAST GODAVARI DISRICT ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toissue a Writ, order or direction more so, in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or otherwise declaring the Circular No. CIE/Peshi/888 dated 07- 09-2012 and modified proceedings Rc. No. ser.II-A-1/27288/2012 dated 11- 09-2012 issued by the 2nd respondent in so far as it relates to prescribing more experienced contract faculty who is disturbed due to posting of a regular junior lecturer selected by APPSC will be adjusted and least experienced contract faculty in the subject in that zone will be displaced is concerned, as arbitrary, illegal, malafide, discriminatory, violating Article 14, 16, 16 (4) and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to clause No.7 issued in proceedings Rc.No. ser.II.A-1/27288/2012 dated 11-09-2012 issued by the 2nd respondent and also ultra vires to GO Ms.No.61, Higher Education Department dated 02- 072007 and set aside and issue consequential directions, directing the respondents to continue the petitioners as contract lecturers in their respective places in pursuance of their appointment in terms of the Agreements executed by the petitioner and the respondents and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 10002 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct to suspend the operation of the Circular No. CIE/Peshi/888 dated 07-09- 2012 and modified proceedings Rc. No. ser.II.A1/27288/2012 dated 11-09- 2012 issued by the 2nd respondent in so far as it relates to prescribing more experienced contract faculty who is disturbed due to posting of a regular junior lecturer selected by APPSC will be adjusted and least experienced contract faculty in the subject in that zone will be displaced is concerned, with the direction to continue the petitioners as contract lecturers in their respective places, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. 4 BKM,J W.P.No.8027 of 2014 Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1.
