Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel. 2. With the consent, finally heard. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the principal prayer of the petitioner in this petition was to prepare a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) so that an appropriate action can be taken in accordance with the said procedure laid down. 4. Along with the report of Respondent No.5, SOP dated 4th July, 2023, (Annexure-‘R1’) has been filed and the petitioner expressed his satisfaction with the said SOP. 5. The only prayer advanced by learned counsel for petitioner is to observe that the State must act in accordance with their own SOP dated 4th July, 2023. 6. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this innocuous prayer. 7. Accordingly, the PIL is disposed of by observing that it shall be lawful for the State to adhere to their own SOP dated 4th July, 2023, (Annexure- ‘R1’). 8.
