Affidavit of service by the petitioner filed in Court today be retained with the records. 2. The petitioner participated in the recruitment examination in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). He was declared medically unfit by the Detailed Medical Examination Board because of defective eye. The Review Medical Examination Board also found the petitioner unfit because of defective vision. 3. Aggrieved by the finding of the Medical Board of CAPF, the petitioner got his eyes checked up in State Government Hospital and also at AIIMS, Kalyani. It has been submitted that the report of the State Government Hospital and AIIMS both suggest that the petitioner has proper vision. 4. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondents to reexamine and reevaluate his eyes. 2 5. The prayer of the petitioner is opposed by the respondents. The note appended to the report of the review medical examination clearly mentions that the decision of the Review Medical Board will be final and no appeal will be entertained against such finding. 6. The petitioner participated for recruitment in CAPF. The petitioner was medically checked by the Detailed Medical Examination Board and reviewed by the Review Medical Examination Board. Both the authorities found the petitioner unfit on account of defective eye. The submission of the petitioner that he was found fit by the doctors of the State Government Hospital and AIIMS will not come to the aid of the petitioner, as the petitioner is seeking recruitment in CAPF, and he would be bound to follow the medical report of the doctors of CPAF. The prayer of the petitioner for reevaluation and reexamination cannot be accepted. 7. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 8. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
