Karthikeyan Additional Government Pleader ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.12.2021, 08.11.2023, 26.02.2024 and 09.10.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father and his brother had entered into a partition deed dated 15.06.1992 (Doc. No. 1761 of 1992). Since there was an error in the said partition deed, the petitioner's father filed O.S. No. 95 of 2018 on 20.06.2018, and the same was decreed on 08.11.2018. Thereafter, when the petitioner verified the mutation entries, he found that the extent of the subject property had been wrongly mentioned as 1.43 acres instead of ‘1.50 acres’ in Patta No. 1453. Hence, the petitioner has been continuously submitting representations before the respondents since 2021, seeking necessary UDR correction. However, despite the lapse of several years, the said representations have not been considered till date. Challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. __________ Page2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 31168 of 2026 3.
