learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned AGA with Ms. Shweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Applicant was granted interim bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 15.05.2025.
4. The case of the applicant is that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated. Applicant is aged about 23 years though the informant is 38 years old and as per prosecution, the relations in between both of them were consensual one.
5. Learned State Counsel apprised to this Court that charge sheet has already been filed.
6. After perusing the record and gone through with the order of interim protection granted by the Coordinate Bench, this Court is of the view that since the charge sheet has already been filed and interim bail was granted to the applicant by this Court on 15.05.2025, therefore, interim bail is made absolute. Simultaneously, the trial court is
directed to proceed and expedite with the trial as expeditiously as possible.
7. Subject to the above, the instant anticipatory bail application is finally disposed of.
