Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2. In spite of service, there is no appearance on behalf of the School Authorities. 3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of a School since 2013. 4. The petitioner had applied for general transfer on self medical ground. 5. Such application is pending since 2022 and the School has not taken any decision in the matter. 6. Since the application was made in the year 2022 in the online mode, which is presently unavailable, the petitioner is granted liberty to make an offline application on the selfsame cause of action with the School Authorities. 7. The respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose of such application upon getting requisite certificate from the concerned B.M.O.H., by P a g e | 2 15.05.2026 and forward the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools by 30.05.2026. 8. Temporary suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 9. With the afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 10.
